Tracy Mathews

Tracy Mathews leads the development of The Call to Work, a ministry which helps leaders and teams grow in their capacity for spiritual attunement for their daily work and life.

Prior to The Call to Work, Tracy spent eight years leading strategy and business development for Coskata, Inc., an early-stage industrial biotech company with significant investment from Blackstone, Total, Khosla Ventures, and others.

Tracy last held the position of VP of Business Development for Coskata, and has also held positions at McKinsey & Company as well as the Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

Tracy holds a BS in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
