Stuart Cathcart

Stuart has experience from a range of work backgrounds. Having gained a varied experience in sales, employee relations, recruitment, team leadership and fraud prevention; in the last 6 years he has focused on leadership and team coaching.

Stuart has worked with leaders and teams in a variety of functions and industries. He helps leaders to understand and engage with their teams more fully and helps teams to work together more effectively.
He is passionate about individuals and teams achieving more of their potential and since 2019 he has been working in an Agile environment coaching teams to adapt to new ways of working which help them do that.
