Sam MacKinnon

Sam has a had a long and varied career in financial services and held several leadership positions within different organisations in both technology and business operations.

Over 25 plus years she has lead projects and teams to deliver multi-million-pound solutions from initial ideas to full implementation for businesses and customers.

Sam has a passion to see people develop and grow to their full potential and has as a strong past record of engaging teams and individuals. She has a variety of counseling and coaching qualifications which she has utilised within the workplace and working with her church and the charities that she is involved in.

Sam is an action-orientated individual and is an active member in her church and volunteers with a number of charities providing counseling services, support for domestic abuse victims and alleviation of poverty. Sam was motivated to leave a stable career to bring her considerable experience and expertise into more worthwhile causes.

Sam is married, has 2 grown up children and lives in Scotland. She spends her leisure time exploring Scottish Islands with her husband in their campervan, cycling and keeping fit.
