Joanne O’Connor

Joanne is the Founder of Junction42, a UK based charity which sees the lives of offenders and their communities visibly transformed by the hope of the gospel.

Joanne has had the privilege of working with marginalized individuals as a youth chaplain, teacher, mentor, business owner, foster and then adoptive parent.

All of this has allowed Joanne to ‘see people through different lenses’.

Joanne is a pragmatic practitioner who has learned some hard lessons in what it means for the transformation of others to also transform us.
