Diana Samulewicz

Diana serves as a leadership and career coach, as well as a leadership facilitator. Her role involves assisting clients in envisioning a positive start to their workweek by helping them define their desired leadership style, approach, professional goals, and the impact they aim to create within their sphere of influence. She is ICF ACC accredited and certified in the application of a range of psychometric tools. She also brings in 17+ years of international HR/Talent Management experience gained in the UK, UAE, China and Poland. Diana formed a broad development perspective through working across industries and with organisations ranging from a growth-stage start-up, manufacturing sites of 800-5000 employees, to regionally matrixed Fortune 500 and an international faith-based charity. Companies included ChampionX, Nalco Champion (an Ecolab company), Sanofi-Aventis and Volkswagen. In recognition of her passion for Talent Development, she was nominated for a D&I Business Resource Group Leadership role and the 2020 Mentor of The Year Oil & Gas UK award. As a trusted partner, dependable and able to raise challenging questions, she has been invited to serve as a Trustee for two local charities.
