Danny Wignall has been ordained in the Church of England for over 20 years and has led a variety of churches, most recently St Stephen’s Shottermill in the Surrey commuter belt. He has been a speaker and Network leader for New Wine and taught those preparing for lay and ordained leadership in a variety of settings. Since 2018 he has worked for the diocese of Guildford in various roles where he is currently a Mission Enabler for Leadership and Team Development. He is the UK Coordinator and Coach for Emotionally Healthy Discipleship and has been coaching leaders, leading training days, learning communities and retreats for the past ten years as well as training to be a consultant with Pete and Geri Scazzero (the founders of Emotionally Healthy Discipleship).  He is also a trained Spiritual Director. He is passionate about helping leaders to lead from a place of spiritual and emotional health so that their doing for Jesus flows from being with Jesus and an identity rooted in Him. He has two grown up children and his wife, Debs, is the Vicar of St Richards Hanworth in London Diocese. Danny is a keen guitarist and is part of Red House Rhythm and Blues Duo which gives him, and sometimes those who listen, great joy.
