Craig Maier


Craig helps mission-led leaders experiencing burnout reclaim their lives so they can renew their passion and thrive in an uncertain world. His coaching and training programs create supportive spaces where leaders can reflect, plan, and grow outside the pressures of their daily grind. In the process, he helps them reconnect with their purpose, body, relationships, and work so they can lead more effectively in a complex and changing marketplace.
Originally from Pittsburgh, USA, Craig currently lives in Germany. An ICF-certified coach, NARM®-informed trauma professional, and certified body-oriented coach, Craig was a professor of leadership communication at the university level for nine years and worked for 13 years as a nonprofit communication professional and consultant. He has written two books and 25 academic articles on leadership communication. The Religious Communication Association named his book on faith-based leadership its 2017 Book of the Year.
