Alan Baird

Alan has a wealth of experience across various sectors, including non-profit, public and business.

Having served as a Youth Worker for 10 years working with over 1000 young people each week, he then co-founded his own business, Blend Coffee Lounge, which has over 50 employees and is in 7 locations across Scotland, UK. Through these roles, Alan has mentored and coached hundreds of leaders over the past 25 years.

In 2022, he became a Certified Leadership Coach and is working towards his Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation. He is also a certified Core Strengths Facilitator and Coach to help teams and organisations achieve great results through better relationships.

Alan is passionate about helping others grow – enabling them to become the best person, leader, innovator and catalyst for change that they possibly can be through his company, Kairos Coaching Group, which he started with other Partners in 2023.

He lives in Erskine, Scotland with his wife Alison and two children, Emma and Murray. Alan loves almost all sports, is highly competitive and enjoys exploring different countries and cultures.
