Chris Horne

Chris has over 20 years experience working in strategic roles, predominantly working with early stage, small and growth businesses, whether for profit or not. Working closely with business owners, he has successfully mentored and coached to business success, whether for the owner being for profit, exit or retirement. With a natural facilitation style, Chris has worked with Investors in People, Pilotlight and directly with clients on organisational development projects. Outside of work, Chris is married with two high school age children. He is Chair of three charities and is a member of St John’s Church, Linlithgow.
