Marlin spent 15 years in corporations in HR leadership in IT, software, financial investments, construction, pharma and supply chain. He has led projects on change management, strategy, staffing and organization structure. Currently, he helps leaders transform their business, implement corporate culture and build winning teams.

He was involved in several church plants, has pastored a local church for 15 years and mentors leaders in church and startup-settings. Marlin oversees the Spark Network and has recently published a book to summarize the theology of NT Wright.
