Jessie Cruickshank

Jessie Cruickshank started in her first executive leadership role at the age of 22 at SROM, where she helped grow a church ministry into an internationally acclaimed para-church organization.

After serving there for 13 years, she served as CFO/COO of an engineering firm and facilitated an organizational turn-around.

For the last several years Jessie has served as the Director of Leadership Development in the Gateway District of Foursquare and consults to the national Foursquare Church on leadership and organizational development.

Jessie is an ordained minister with the Foursquare denomination and holds an M.Ed. from Harvard in Mind, Brain and Education.

She serves as the lead driver for 100Movements and as a core team member for 5Q.
